Per Wikipedia, the strike started 2021-10-05 and is ongoing. A spokesperson for the BCTGM union wrote that there has been no formal declaration of a boycott, but:

“supporters and consumers could certainly support the Kellogg workers and their fight for a fair contract by choosing NOT to buy Kellogg cereals while the strike is ongoing.”
